Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

Customs Duties & Taxes

For some international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country. These fees and any handling charges vary from country to country. All our shipments are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means that the prices displayed include all customs duties and taxes, and the customer does not bear any additional costs upon delivery.

Returns within the UAE – within 14 days (AED 40 fee)

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a return option within 14 days from the delivery date for a service fee of AED 40. Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Unused.
  • Returned with original tags and in the original shipping bag.
  • Free from stains or damage.
  • In brand-new condition.

Once we receive the item, our quality control team will inspect it according to the above conditions. If approved, we will process the refund within 48 hours or more depending on the bank. The refunded amount will appear in your account within 5–8 business days (or longer depending on the bank’s processing time).

Sale items will be refunded as a store credit voucher. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as a Glossy Lounge Gift Card for future purchases.

  • After confirmation from our team and receiving the return address, please place the product(s) and invoice in a suitable bag or box for delivery.

International Returns – within 14 days

We provide store credit only for all international returns upon receipt. Return requests can be made within 14 days from the delivery date for the following service fees:

  • GCC Countries (Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain): AED 80
  • Rest of the World: AED 120

Customers must return the shipment to us using their preferred courier service, addressed to: glossylounge.com.

Notes on International Returns

  • Contact us at: support@glossylounge.com with your order number, product photo, and details of the items you wish to return.
  • After confirmation from our team and receiving the return address, please place the product(s) and invoice in a suitable bag or box.
  • You may request an airway bill from our website, download it, print it, and attach it to your return parcel.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange items, the easiest way is to return the products using the steps outlined above and place a new order for the replacement items.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only through the original payment method.
  • The return service fee will be deducted based on the region:
    • AED 40 within the UAE
    • AED 80 for GCC Countries
    • AED 120 for the Rest of the World
  • Shipping is handled by a third-party courier service.
